Hunt Rules

1. Eligibility to Enter: The Keep Hammering Collective, LLC (“KHC”) is the sole party responsible for this giveaway. This Hunt Promotion (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia, excluding New York and Florida, and Canada. Winner must be 18 years of age or older and physically located in the United States at the time of entry. Winner must reply to email, text, or phone call within 7 days to claim prize. KHC (“Administrator”) and its respective partners, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, retailers, sales representatives, dealers, distributors, licensees and the advertising, fulfillment, judging and promotion agencies involved in the development and administration of this Promotion and each of their officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, “Promotion Parties”), and their immediate family members (parent, child, sibling and spouse of each) and those living in the same households of each are not eligible to participate. Void outside the eligible jurisdictions and where prohibited by law.
2. Promotion Period: The Promotion begins at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Standard Time on August 25th, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Standard Time on September 1st, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).

5. Hunt Details: Hunt will start November 3rd, 2026 and you MUST be present on that date. The tag is for elk cow with rifle only. This hunt is valued at $3,000 each. There are three (3) tags to be given away. Cameron Hanes will not be on this hunt.
6. Hunter Responsibility: The Hunter shall be familiar with and abide by all state laws.

How to Enter

Veteran Nomination Entry: No Purchase Necessary

During the Promotion Period, individuals may nominate an eligible veteran for a chance to win the Elk Cow Tag Hunt Giveaway (the “Promotion”). No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to nominate a veteran or for a veteran to be eligible to win. To submit a nomination, visit cameronhanes.com/pages/la-grande-oregon-cow-elk-hunts (“website”) and complete the nomination form with all required information, including the nominee’s first and last name, contact information, and any other information requested by KHC. The nominator may also be asked to provide a brief explanation of why the veteran should receive the opportunity to participate in the hunt.

The person submitting the nomination (“Nominator”) does not receive an entry or prize for submitting a nomination. Each valid nomination will be considered an entry on behalf of the veteran being nominated (“Nominee”). The Nominee must be a veteran of the United States Armed Forces and must satisfy all eligibility requirements set forth in these Official Rules in order to be eligible to win.

A Nominee may be nominated by another individual or, if permitted by KHC, may nominate themselves. Each Nominator may submit multiple nomination(s) during the Promotion Period. Multiple nominations of the same veteran will not increase that veteran’s chances of being selected. Any attempt to submit nominations using fraudulent, automated, or other improper means may result in disqualification.

By submitting a nomination, the Nominator represents that the information provided is accurate to the best of their knowledge and authorizes KHC to contact the Nominee using the information provided for purposes of administering the Promotion. The Nominator should have permission from the Nominee to provide the Nominee’s contact information to KHC.

Veteran Eligibility and Verification

The potential winner must be a veteran of the United States Armed Forces and must meet all other eligibility requirements contained in these Official Rules. KHC reserves the right to require reasonable documentation confirming the potential winner’s veteran status before the prize is awarded. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the time period specified by KHC may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate potential winner.

The potential winner must also be legally eligible to participate in and complete the hunt and obtain any licenses, permits, tags, or other documentation required by applicable federal, state, or local law. The hunt is subject to all applicable wildlife regulations, seasons, licensing requirements, and restrictions. KHC does not guarantee the availability of a specific hunting location, date, animal, or tag unless expressly stated in the prize description.

Drawing: No purchase is necessary to enter or win. You have not yet won. On or about September 3rd, 2026 through September 10th, 2026, in Springfield, Oregon, the Promotion Administrator will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the entire Promotion Period. Participants do not need to be present to win. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The decisions of the Administrator are final and binding in all matters relating to this Promotion. The potential winner will be notified via email, telephone, or other contact method provided at the time of entry. The Administrator may attempt to notify the potential winner multiple times but is not required to do so. It is the entrant’s responsibility to maintain accurate contact information. Following notification, the potential winner will have seven (7) days to respond to the Administrator. If the potential winner does not respond within the seven (7) day period, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate potential winner may be selected. Each alternate potential winner will also be provided seven (7) days to respond. This process may continue until a winner is confirmed. The potential winner may be required to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, W9 and, where legally permitted, a Publicity Release prior to prize fulfillment. Failure to complete required documentation within the timeframe specified by Administrator may result in disqualification. Administrator reserves the right to disqualify any entrant suspected of fraud, tampering, or violation of the Official Rules.

Prize, Estimated Retail Value (ERV) & Odds of Winning: Three (3) Grand Prizes will be awarded. The Grand Prize consists of an opportunity for the winner to acquire the prize for $1 where required for legal transfer or contractual purposes. The approximate Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of the Grand Prize is $3,000. The prize is non-transferable, non-assignable, and no substitution, cash redemption, or exchange of the prize is permitted, except at the sole discretion of the Administrator where required by law. If the verified winner is unable or unwilling to accept, participate in, or complete the prize for any reason, the prize may be forfeited in its entirety. In such event, the Administrator may, at its sole discretion, select an alternate winner from eligible entries or may elect not to award the prize, where permitted by law. All federal, state, and local taxes, and all other costs associated with acceptance or use of the prize, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Administrator will determine all details of the prize, including but not limited to dates, outfitter, and location. Arrangements for fulfillment of the prize will be made after the winner is verified and confirmed. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Limit: One prize per person or household.

Promotion General Rules: By participating in this Promotion, you (i) agree to be bound by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of the Administrator, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion. All federal, state, and local laws apply. All potential winners will be notified by telephone, email, or direct message via social media and may be required to show proof of identity. The return of any notification as undeliverable, failure to respond within seven (7) days, failure to return required documents in a timely manner, or a determination that a potential winner is ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, as determined by the Administrator, may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. By participating, participants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Administrator and Promotion Parties from and against any and all claims, damages, or liabilities associated with this Promotion or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize received, including property damage, personal injury, or death. In order to receive the prize, each potential winner will be required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability. Promotion Parties are not responsible for typographical errors or for inability to administer the Promotion due to events beyond their control, including acts of God, acts of war, natural disasters, weather, utility outages, terrorism, or government action. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Administrator and its agencies to use winner’s name and likeness for advertising and publicity without further compensation where permitted by law. The winner bears all risk of loss or damage. Administrator is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, stolen, incomplete, or undeliverable entries or communications, or for technical failures of any kind. If, in the Administrator’s sole opinion, the integrity of the Promotion is compromised, Administrator reserves the right to void suspect entries, modify or terminate the Promotion, or conduct a drawing from eligible non-suspect entries. Administrator reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the Promotion or acts in a disruptive or unfair manner. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant, the authorized account holder of the email address used at entry will be deemed the entrant. Winner is solely responsible for all taxes and expenses not specifically stated, including registration fees, license fees, insurance, optional equipment, and related costs.

Choice of Law and Jurisdiction: This Promotion is offered only in the United States and is governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. By entering, entrants irrevocably consent to the sole and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Oregon located in the county of Lane for any action, suit or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Promotion.

Privacy & Security Policy: The personal information collected through this Promotion is subject to Administrator’s Privacy & Security Policy. By entering this Promotion, you agree to the use of your personal information as described in the above Privacy Policy.

Waiver: Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Promotion, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. ANY CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND/OR AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ENTERING THIS PROMOTION. ENTRANT HEREBY WAIVES ANY RIGHTS OR CLAIMS TO ATTORNEY’S FEES, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ENTRANT, WHETHER FORESEEABLE OR NOT AND WHETHER BASED ON NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE.
