Product Returns Policy

If items are returned during the Hunt promotional period your points will be invalid for those items. An exchange of product will be accepted if it falls within the 30 day timeline, and points will still be eligible. Please contact customer support at info@cameronhanes.com. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Hunt Rules

Eligibility To Enter: The Keep Hammering Collective, LLC (“KHC”) is the sole party responsible for this giveaway. This Hunt Promotion (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia, excluding New York and Florida, and Canada. Winner must be 18 years of age or older and physically located in the United States at the time of entry. Winner must reply to email, text, or phone call within 7 days to claim the prize. KHC (“Administrator”) and its respective partners, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, retailers, sales representatives, dealers, distributors, licensees and the advertising, fulfillment, judging and promotion agencies involved in the development and administration of this Promotion and each of their officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, “Promotion Parties”), and their immediate family members (parent, child, sibling and spouse of each) and those living in the same households of each are not eligible to participate. Void outside the eligible jurisdictions and where prohibited by law.

Promotion Period: The Promotion begins at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Standard Time on October 5th, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Standard Time on November 15th, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).

Covered Expenses: 5-DAY BEAR HUNT AT THE RIVETS WHICH INCLUDES LODGING AT THE RIVETS’ LODGE, HOMEMADE MEALS, PROFESSIONAL GUIDING, TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM HUNT AREA, AND SKINNING.

Hunters Responsibility:

• All travel expenses to bear camp (including but not limited to: flight to Alberta & transportation to the Rivets.
• All documents and travel requirements for traveling to Canada.
• Taxidermy, meat cutting service, and shipping of meat, cape, and skull.
• Gratuities for the guide, packers, and lodging staff.
• The cost of the state hunt licenses and tag.
• Personal gear which includes weapon and ammunition.
• The Hunter shall be familiar with and abide by all state laws.
• Hunter must also agree to The Rivet’s Co hunt contract to be eligible to hunt.

Hunt Details: Hunt will be between May-June 2027, and the weapon will be Hunter's choice. This can be an archery or rifle hunt, hunters choice. This hunt Valued at $12,000. Cameron Hanes will not be on this hunt.

How To Enter

Online Purchase Entry: During the Promotion Period, go to the following website www.cameronhanes.com (“Website”) and purchase during the Promotion Period (“Purchase Entry”) and receive 1 entries for every dollar spent on the www.cameronhanes.com store. Entrants must complete their purchase with all required information, and submit payment (including shipping) to KHC.

No Purchase necessary, Email, SMS, and Social Entry: Additional Entries may be obtained by visiting https://cameronhanes.com/pages/bear-hunt-giveaway and enter your email, phone number. You will then be promoted to gain additional entries by following @cameronrhanes on Instagram, @Keephammeringcollective on Instagram, subscribing to @cameronhanes YouTube channel and watching the Bush Dragons 4 hunt film on YouTube. This must be done through the https://cameronhanes.com/pages/bear-hunt-giveaway page for entries to be valid.

No Purchase necessary, Mail-in Entry: To obtain 1 entry by mail-in entry, send a postcard or letter in a #10 business envelope with your contact information (first name, last name, home address, phone number, a good email address) and what you would do to pay it forward if you were to win the Bush Dragons Bear Hunt Giveaway.

Entry must be postmarked by November 15th, 2026 and received by November 30th, 2026. You can only gain one entry via mail in entry for this hunt. Sending multiple articles of mail will not get you extra entries.

Bonus Period: From time to time during the Promotion Period, KHC may offer opportunities to earn additional entries (“Bonus Entries”). Bonus Entry opportunities may be announced on the Website, via email, SMS, or other official KHC communication channels. Bonus Entries may be awarded for purchases of specific products, new product launches, or all eligible purchases made during designated timeframes (“Bonus Entry Periods”). The applicable products, entry multipliers or bonus amounts, and the start and end dates of each Bonus Entry Period will be announced at the time the Bonus Entry Period begins.

KHC reserves the right to establish, modify, or cancel Bonus Entry Periods at its sole discretion, provided such changes are communicated through official KHC channels.

Bonus Entries will be awarded based on the purchase subtotal excluding taxes, shipping, discounts, or refunds. Purchase transactions that are later subject to cancellation, return, chargeback, declined payment, or account adjustment will not be eligible for Bonus Entries.

Offering Bonus Entry Periods may change the odds of winning.

Drawing: No purchase is necessary to enter or win. You have not yet won. On or about December 1st, 2026 through December 30th, 2026, in Springfield, Oregon, the Promotion Administrator will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the entire Promotion Period. Participants do not need to be present to win. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The decisions of the Administrator are final and binding in all matters relating to this Promotion.

The potential winner will be notified via email, telephone, or other contact method provided at the time of entry. The Administrator may attempt to notify the potential winner multiple times but is not required to do so. It is the entrant’s responsibility to maintain accurate contact information.

Following notification, the potential winner will have seven (7) days to respond to the Administrator. If the potential winner does not respond within the seven (7) day period, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate potential winner may be selected. Each alternate potential winner will also be provided seven (7) days to respond. This process may continue until a winner is confirmed.

The potential winner may be required to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, W9 and, where legally permitted, a Publicity Release prior to prize fulfillment. Failure to complete required documentation within the timeframe specified by Administrator may result in disqualification.

Administrator reserves the right to disqualify any entrant suspected of fraud, tampering, or violation of the Official Rules.

Giveaway prize, Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) & Odds of winning: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. The Grand Prize consists of an opportunity for the winner to acquire the prize for $1 where required for legal transfer or contractual purposes. The approximate Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of the Grand Prize is $12,000.

The prize is non-transferable, non assignable, and no substitution, cash redemption, or exchange of the prize is permitted, except at the sole discretion of the Administrator where required by law.

If the verified winner is unable or unwilling to accept, participate in, or complete the prize for any reason, the prize may be forfeited in its entirety. In such an event, the Administrator may, at its sole discretion, select an alternate winner from eligible entries or may elect not to award the prize, where permitted by law.

All federal, state, and local taxes, and all other costs associated with acceptance or use of the prize, are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Administrator will determine all details of the prize, including but not limited to dates, outfitter, and location. Arrangements for fulfillment of the prize will be made after the winner is verified and confirmed.

Promotion General Rules: By participating in this Promotion, you (i) agree to be bound by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of the Administrator, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion. All federal, state, and local laws apply.

All potential winners will be notified by telephone, email, or direct message via social media and may be required to show proof of identity. The return of any notification as undeliverable, failure to respond within seven (7) days, failure to return required documents in a timely manner, or a determination that a potential winner is ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, as determined by the Administrator, may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

By participating, participants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Administrator and Promotion Parties from and against any and all claims, damages, or liabilities associated with this Promotion or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize received, including property damage, personal injury, or death.

In order to receive the prize, each potential winner will be required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability.

Promotion Parties are not responsible for typographical errors or for inability to administer the Promotion due to events beyond their control, including acts of God, acts of war, natural disasters, weather, utility outages, terrorism, or government action.

Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Administrator and its agencies to use winner’s name and likeness for advertising and publicity without further compensation where permitted by law.

The winner bears all risk of loss or damage.

Administrator is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, stolen, incomplete, or undeliverable entries or communications, or for technical failures of any kind.

If, in the Administrator’s sole opinion, the integrity of the Promotion is compromised, Administrator reserves the right to void suspect entries, modify or terminate the Promotion, or conduct a drawing from eligible non suspect entries.

Administrator reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the Promotion or acts in a disruptive or unfair manner.

In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant, the authorized account holder of the email address used at entry will be deemed the entrant.

Winner is solely responsible for all taxes and expenses not specifically stated, including registration fees, license fees, insurance, optional equipment, and related costs.

Choice of Law and Jurisdiction: This Promotion is offered only in the United States and is governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. By entering, entrants irrevocably consent to the sole and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Oregon located in the county of Lane for any action, suit or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Promotion.

Privacy & Security Policy: The personal information collected through this Promotion is subject to Administrator’s Privacy & Security Policy here. By entering this Promotion, you agree to the use of your personal information as described in the above Privacy Policy.

Waiver: Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Promotion, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. ANY CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND/OR AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ENTERING THIS PROMOTION. ENTRANT HEREBY WAIVES ANY RIGHTS OR CLAIMS TO ATTORNEY’S FEES, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ENTRANT, WHETHER FORESEEABLE OR NOT AND WHETHER BASED ON NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE.
