Join us for a recap of the Cocodona 250 race - why and how Cam DNF’d, the importance of a race crew, Rachel Entrekin’s record breaking finish, and whole lot more.
Early in the Cocodona 250 event, Cam fell and hit his head, but kept running. Around mile 51, his vision started failing him. At the next aid, Cam was pulled for a medical DNF for a concussion/TBI.
No E.R. for Cam on this one
Eugene Marathon
Cam sets a personal record at his hometown, Eugene marathon.
Cam, good stuff. I noticed the string leaches that you have on your Katera. I had those same leaches on my Vectrix when I had it re-strung. I found that the wings of the leach hit my yolk string. I used some chalk to verify. I clipped the wings off and it still provided a quiet shot. Next time I am going to order Hoyt leaches for my string. Just some food for thought. Good luck this year!
Nice shooting Cam. 80 lbs huh? You need to get a bowtech. LOL. I am shooting a bowtech at 70 lbs with a 26.5 inch draw. SHooting a 430 grain arrow at 287 fps. Smoking fast for my draw length and at 78 KE it will blow through any critter out there. Oh yea I recently switched from small vanes to 4 inch feathers and my groups and accuracy is unbelieveable. Good luck this fall Cam.
Suppose he got anything??? An bets?
Very impressive. Gotta love your dedication and commitment. Keep it up Cam. Looking forward to hearing how your season turns out. Just finished up my nightly shooting in the house while watching a hunting dvd. And this really gets the blood pumping as well!!
