Better packaging.
Mugs were wrapped in bubble wrap but both had space in box to be knocked around. Both mugs were smashed to pieces.

Nice mug while it lasted...one week to the day!
The shiny black mat finish showed every wet mark and finger print. It did what it was supposed to-hold my coffee on my way into work, but it broke while I was washing it. Initially I thought it was just a chip, but turned out to be cracked half way down the mug and then it came apart later that morning.
Nice logo, bought it to support Cam and his efforts, but the quality was lacking in durability.
Maybe I need to find a Stay Hard mug next time to get more than a week out of it, lol.

Ordered 4 mugs, 3 look great, but I'm still waiting to hear back from customer service about the defective cup that has missing glaze on and exposed ceramic on the inside. For $25 a mug these should be flawless.
