Their policy was 30 days exchange and with a quick email they were able to resolve the issue (being understanding of the fact that it was a Christmas gift that was bought early so the window of exchange had passed). Shipping took 3 1/2 weeks.
The sleeves around the wrist and forearms is extremely tight. So don't think about rolling up your sleeves or pulling them up. It runs large. I'm 6'2 195 and it's long on me.
Overall quality seems to be good though. So is what it is...

I love this zip up hoodie! I'm gonna pitch my old ones cause I'll never wear them again after buying this one. It's thick and sturdy, yet soft on the inside and the fit is good. I wear between a M/L and I got the M and it's perfect.
