Shipping policy

- Domestic Shipping
All of our products are made to order, which means we begin production after your order is placed.
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service). Once your order is processed and confirmed, in-stock items typically ship within 4–9 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and any postal service delays.
2. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking to update after the shipping label is created.
3. Shipping Insurance
We offer optional Shipping Insurance at checkout for $1.99 per order. This insurance covers your package in case of loss, theft, or damage while in transit. If you purchase shipping insurance and your package is reported lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, we will assist in replacing or refunding your order subject to verification.
If you do not purchase shipping insurance, CameronHanes.com is not liable for lost, stolen, damaged, or undelivered packages. USPS will be the responsible party, and any claims must be directed to them.
4. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we may contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense.
5. PO Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses
We ship to PO Boxes and military APO/FPO addresses via USPS. However, transit times may be longer for these destinations.
6. Order Modifications
Once your order is placed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations. If you need to request a modification, please contact us at support@cameronhanes.com as soon as possible.
7. Delivery Issues & Claims
If you believe your order has been lost, stolen, or mis-delivered:

If you purchased shipping insurance, reach out to us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date to file a claim.
