We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return process outlined below.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. For exchanges that are unused and unworn we will extend that period to 60 days. 

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In the same condition you received it
  • Tags intact and original packaging included
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation)

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at customerservice@ninelineapparel.com to request a return.
  2. If your return is approved, we’ll email you with return instructions and a return authorization number.

Important: Returns sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted or processed. Shipping is non-refundable. 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will make it right.

Shipping Insurance Disclaimer

We offer optional shipping insurance for $1.99 at checkout.
If you decline this coverage, we are not liable for lost, stolen, damaged, or undelivered packages once the order has been confirmed as shipped.

Customers who purchased shipping insurance may request a replacement or reimbursement for qualified issues.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

  • Sale and clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, grooming products)
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

Exchanges

If you'd like a different item or size, please initiate a return by emailing customerservice@ninelineapparel.com

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation of approval or denial
  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method
  • Refunds typically appear within 3–5 business days
