WINNER'S TERMS & CONDITIONS

STANDARD GIVEAWAY POLICY

Participants must be 18 years or older at the time of entry.
The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States, unless otherwise stated.
Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of the Keep Hammering Collective are not eligible to participate.
How to Enter
To enter, participants must make a purchase from CameronHanes.com during the specified promotional period.
Each order placed during the promotional period will count as an entry unless otherwise specified.
No purchase necessary entries may be available upon request, where legally required. The amount will be at the sole discretion of the Keep Hammering Collective.

Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the promotional period.
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Winners will be notified via email or phone within 4 days of the drawing.

Prizes may take between 3-4 months to be fulfilled and delivered.
No substitution, cash redemption, or transfer of the prize is permitted, except at the sole discretion of the Keep Hammering Collective (“Administrator”).
If the prize (or any part of it) cannot be awarded for any reason, the Administrator reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
All federal, state, provincial, and local taxes, as well as any other costs related to prize acceptance or use, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
The Administrator will determine all details regarding the prize, including but not limited to specifications, delivery dates, and locations.

Winners must respond within 7 days of notification to claim their prize.
Failure to respond within the given timeframe may result in prize forfeiture, in which case the Administrator may either redraw a winner or decide not to award the prize.
Winners may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, W9, and/or publicity release as a condition of receiving their prize.

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the Administrator, which are final and binding in all respects.
The Administrator reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found tampering with the entry process or violating these terms.
By accepting the prize, the winner grants permission to the Keep Hammering Collective to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Giveaways are void where prohibited by law.

The Administrator is not responsible for any lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries due to technical failures or any other reason beyond its control.
By participating, entrants release the Administrator from any liability related to participation in the giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
