1. Eligibility

The Keep Hammering Collective, LLC (“Sponsor”) is solely responsible for this promotion. The promotion is open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Florida and New York), and Canada (excluding Quebec), who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and located in the United States or Canada at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor, its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children, regardless of where they live) or members of the same household (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate.

The promotion is void in Florida, New York, Quebec, and where prohibited or restricted by law.

2. Promotion Period

The promotion begins 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time on November 12, 2025 and ends 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on December 1, 2025. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by December 1, 2025 and received by December 9, 2025.

3. Covered Expenses

The Keep Hammering Collective, LLC (“KHC”) will cover the cost of one (1) New Mexico public land Landowner Preference Tag for the 2025 archery elk season. This is a Do-It-Yourself (DIY) public land hunt.

All other expenses are the sole responsibility of the winner. This includes but is not limited to:

• Commercial or private transportation to and from New Mexico

• Lodging or camping accommodations

• Meals and supplies

• State hunting licenses and any additional permits

• Field equipment such as bow, arrows, broadheads, clothing, packs, and optics

• All scouting, navigation, and field preparation

• Meat processing, taxidermy, and shipment of meat, cape, or antlers

• Any applicable taxes, gratuities, or incidentals

KHC will not provide a guide, scouting assistance, or any outfitting services.

4. Hunter Responsibilities

The winner is solely responsible for all aspects of the hunt and must do the following:

1. Arrange and pay for all travel to and within New Mexico, including transportation to and from the hunting area.
   
2. Secure and pay for all required New Mexico hunting licenses and permits and comply with all regulations set forth by the New Mexico Department of Game and Fish.
   
3. Conduct all scouting, navigation, and hunt planning independently.
   
4. Provide and maintain all hunting and camping equipment necessary for a safe and lawful DIY hunt.
   
5. Properly care for, process, and transport any harvested animal in accordance with state regulations.
   
6. Assume all risks associated with hunting and backcountry travel.
   
7. Sign and return any required liability waivers and prize acceptance documentation prior to claiming the tag.

KHC will not be responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen personal property or for any injuries, accidents, or losses incurred before, during, or after the hunt.

5. Hunt Details

• Location: Public land in the state of New Mexico, USA. Specific unit details will be provided upon tag allocation.

• Season: 2025 New Mexico archery elk season (exact dates subject to state regulations).

• Method of Take: Archery only.

• Hunt Type: DIY (Do-It-Yourself) public land hunt. No guide, outfitter, or sponsor personnel will accompany the winner.

• Conditions: The winner is responsible for all scouting, access, accommodations, and compliance with state hunting laws.

• Companions: Any additional participants or non-hunting companions must be approved by New Mexico Game and Fish and are the sole responsibility of the winner.

6. How to Enter

Purchase entries. During the Promotion Period, visit https://cameronhanes.com and purchase any product. Each dollar spent before tax and shipping earns one entry. Bonus purchase entry periods may be announced on the site and will provide additional entries on qualifying purchases at KHC’s discretion.

Email, SMS, or social actions. Visit the giveaway page at CameronHanes.com during the Promotion Period and submit your email and phone number. You may be prompted to follow official accounts or complete actions to earn additional entries. Complete all actions through the giveaway page for entries to be valid.

Mail-in entry. Send a postcard or letter with your full name, address, phone, email, and a short note about how you would pay it forward if you won the Ultimate Public Land Kawasaki and Hunt Giveaway to:

7. Drawing and Notification

A random drawing from all eligible entries received will be held between December 10 and December 30. Winner need not be present. The potential winner will be notified by email or phone and must respond within seven days. Failure to respond will result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate.

8. Prize, Approximate Retail Value, and Odds of Winning

Grand Prize (Total Value $54,125):

• DIY landowner tag in New Mexico during the 2026 September archery season (Value: $15,000)

• 2025 KAWASAKI RIDGE XR CREW LIMITED HVAC (Value: $38,100)

• Full knife setup from Montana Knife Company (Value: $1,025)

Prize and tax reporting:

The elk tag component of the prize is valued at 15,000 dollars. The Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 to the winner for the fair market value of the prize as required by law. The winner must complete and return a W-9 and winner acceptance form within the time specified by Sponsor. The winner is responsible for all applicable taxes and fees.

No substitution, transfer, assignment, or cash redemption is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Limit one prize per household.

9. Transferability

This prize is nontransferable and may not be sold. If you accept the prize, you must be the person who participates in the hunt. Entrants and the winner must be over 18.

10. General Rules

By entering, participants agree to these rules and to Sponsor’s decisions, which are final. The potential winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability release and, where legal, a publicity release. Sponsor and its partners are not liable for lost, late, or misdirected entries, technical failures, or any injuries or damages arising from participation or prize use. Sponsor may suspend, modify, or terminate the promotion if it is compromised. If the winner is unable to accept any portion of the prize for any reason, the prizes will be forfeited.

11. Choice of Law and Jurisdiction

The promotion is governed by Oregon law. Entrants agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Lane County, Oregon.

12. Privacy

Information collected will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy.

13. Winner Announcement

The winner will be announced by email and Sponsor’s social channels following verification. To request the winner’s name, send a self-addressed stamped envelope within 60 days of the drawing to the address above.
