PRODUCT RETURNS POLICY

If items are returned during the Hunt promotional period your points will be invalid for those items. An exchange of product will be accepted if it falls within the 30 day timeline, and points will still be eligible.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

HUNT RULES

Eligibility To Enter:

The Keep Hammering Collective, LLC (“KHC”) is the sole party responsible for this giveaway.

This Hunt Promotion (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia, excluding New York and Florida, and Canada. Winner must be 18 years of age or older and physically located in the United States at the time of entry.

Winner must reply to email, text, or phone call within 7 days to claim prize.

KHC (“Administrator”) and its respective partners, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, retailers, sales representatives, dealers, distributors, licensees and the advertising, fulfillment, judging and promotion agencies involved in the development and administration of this Promotion and each of their officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, “Promotion Parties”), and their immediate family members (parent, child, sibling and spouse of each) and those living in the same households of each are not eligible to participate.

Void outside the eligible jurisdictions and where prohibited by law.

Promotion Period

The Promotion begins at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Standard Time on February 18, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Standard Time on March 30, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).

Covered Expenses

Hunt cost, food, and lodging during the 4–5 day hunt.

Hunter’s Responsibilities

• Commercial flights to Salt Lake City
• Taxidermy, meat cutting service, and shipping of meat, cape, and skull
• Gratuities for the guide, packers, and lodging staff
• Cost of state hunt licenses and tag
• Personal gear including weapon and ammunition

Hunt Details

Hunt will take place between September and November 2026. Weapon choice is the hunter’s choice (archery or rifle).

This hunt is valued at $20,000.

Cameron Hanes will not be on this hunt.

Hunter must be familiar with and abide by all state laws. Hunter must also agree to The Wild County Outfitters hunt contract to be eligible to hunt.

HOW TO ENTER

Online Purchase Entry:

During the Promotion Period, visit www.cameronhanes.com and make a purchase. Receive 1 entry for every $1 spent on the cameronhanes.com store.

Entrants must complete their purchase with all required information and submit payment (including shipping) to KHC.

You may gain additional entries by following @cameronrhanes on Instagram, following @Keephammeringcollective on Instagram, subscribing to @cameronhanes on YouTube, and watching the Elk Heaven hunt film on YouTube. All actions must be completed through the giveaway landing page for entries to be valid.

To obtain 1 entry by mail, send a postcard or letter in a #10 business envelope including your first name, last name, home address, phone number, email address, and a short statement describing what you would do to pay it forward if you were to win.

Entry must be postmarked by March 30, 2026 and received by April 13, 2026. Limit one mail-in entry.

Bonus Period

KHC may offer opportunities to earn additional entries (“Bonus Entries”) during the Promotion Period. Bonus Entry opportunities may be announced on the Website, via email, SMS, or other official KHC channels.

Bonus Entries may apply to specific products, new launches, or designated timeframes. Details will be announced at the start of each Bonus Entry Period.

KHC reserves the right to establish, modify, or cancel Bonus Entry Periods at its sole discretion.

Bonus Entries are calculated based on purchase subtotal excluding taxes, shipping, discounts, or refunds. Cancelled, returned, charged-back, or adjusted transactions are not eligible.

Offering Bonus Entry Periods may change the odds of winning.

Drawing

On or about April 15, 2026 through May 15, 2026, in Springfield, Oregon, the Administrator will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries received.

Participants do not need to be present to win. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The potential winner will be notified via email, phone, or other provided contact method and must respond within seven (7) days.

The potential winner may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, W9, and Publicity Release (where permitted).

Giveaway Prize

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. The Grand Prize consists of the opportunity to acquire the prize for $1 where required for legal transfer or contractual purposes.

Estimated Retail Value (ERV): $20,000.

The prize is non-transferable and non-assignable. No cash redemption or substitution except at Administrator’s discretion where required by law.

All taxes and additional expenses are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Promotion General Rules

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and accept decisions of the Administrator as final. All federal, state, and local laws apply.

Participants release Administrator and Promotion Parties from claims related to participation or prize acceptance.

Administrator is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or technical errors.

Choice of Law

This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Entrants consent to exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Lane County, Oregon.

Waiver

All disputes shall be resolved individually without class action. Claims are limited to actual out-of-pocket costs associated with entering the Promotion. Entrant waives claims to attorney’s fees and indirect, special, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages.

Winners will be announced via email and social media. Winner will go on the hunt in Fall 2026.
