Product Returns Policy
Items may not be returned during the Hunt promotional period. An exchange of product may be accepted. Please contact customer support at info@cameronhanes.com. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Hunt Rules
Eligibility To Enter
The Keep Hammering Collective, LLC (“KHC”) is the sole party responsible for this giveaway. This Hunt Promotion (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, and Canada* (excluding Quebec), who are 18 years of age or older and located in the U.S. or Canada at the time of entry. Winner must reply to email, text, or phone call within 7 days to claim the prize. Immediate family members of the Promotion Parties are not eligible. Void elsewhere and where prohibited by law.
Promotion Period
The Promotion begins at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Standard Time on February 10, 2025, and ends at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Standard Time on March 10, 2025.
Covered Expenses
- Hunt cost, food, lodging during the 4-5 day hunt.
Hunter Responsibility
- Commercial flights to Salt Lake City.
- Taxidermy, meat cutting service, and shipping of meat, cape, and skull.
- Gratuities for the guide, packers, and lodging staff.
- The cost of the state hunt licenses and tag.
- Personal gear including firearm and ammunition.
Hunt Details
The hunt will take place between September-November 2025, and the weapon will be the hunter's choice (archery or rifle). This hunt is valued at $20,000. Cameron Hanes will not be on this hunt.
The Hunter shall be familiar with and abide by all state laws. Hunter must also agree to The Wild County Outfitters hunt contract to be eligible to hunt.

Mail-In Entry
To obtain 1 entry via mail-in entry, send a postcard or letter with your contact information (name, address, phone, email) and what you would do to pay it forward if you won. Mail to:

Drawing
The winner will be selected in a random drawing between March 15, 2025, and April 15, 2025, in Springfield, Oregon. Potential winners will be notified by email or phone. Winners have seven days to respond. If no response is received, an alternate winner will be chosen.
Promotion General Rules
By participating in this Promotion, entrants agree to abide by the official rules, eligibility requirements, and the decisions of the Administrator, which are final. All taxes, fees, and other expenses related to claiming the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Choice of Law and Jurisdiction
This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. By entering, participants agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lane County, Oregon.
