PRODUCT RETURNS POLICY

Items may not be returned during the Hunt promotional period.
An exchange of product may be accepted. Please contact customer support at info@cameronhanes.com.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

HUNT RULES

Eligibility to Enter:

The Keep Hammering Collective, LLC (“KHC”) is the sole party responsible for this giveaway.
This Hunt Promotion (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, and Canada* (excluding Quebec), who are 18 years of age or older and located in the U.S. or Canada at the time of entry.

Email Subscription Requirement:
All entrants must be actively subscribed to the official Keep Hammering Collective email list at the time of the drawing to remain eligible for the prize. Entrants who unsubscribe before the drawing will forfeit their eligibility. Subscription status will be verified when the winner is selected.

Winner must reply to email, text, or phone call within 7 days to claim the prize.

KHC (“Administrator”) and its partners, subsidiaries, affiliates, retailers, representatives, dealers, distributors, licensees, and the advertising, fulfillment, judging, and promotion agencies involved in the development or administration of this Promotion - and each of their officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, “Promotion Parties”) - and their immediate family members (parent, child, sibling, spouse) and those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

Promotion Period

The Promotion begins at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Standard Time on October 22, 2025 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Standard Time on November 10, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”).

Covered Expenses

• Hunt cost, food, and lodging during the 4–5 day hunt.
• Commercial flights to Salt Lake City.

Hunter’s Responsibility

• Taxidermy, meat-cutting service, and shipping of meat, cape, and skull.
• Gratuities for guide, packers, and lodging staff.
• Cost of state hunting licenses and tags.
• Personal gear including firearm and ammunition.

Hunt Details

The hunt will take place between September and November 2026, with exact hunt dates to be confirmed with the outfitter once the winner is selected.
The hunt duration and schedule will be determined by outfitter discretion.
Weapon is hunter’s choice - archery or rifle.
The hunt is valued at $20,000.
Cameron Hanes will not be present on this hunt.

Grand Prize Package

The winner will receive the Ultimate Elk Heaven Dream Hunt Package valued at over $35,000 USD, including:

Hunter Responsibility

The Hunter must be familiar with and abide by all state laws and regulations.
Hunter must also agree to and sign The Wild Country Outfitters Hunt Contract to be eligible to hunt.

Experience Note

Winner may be subject to a background check and must meet all legal hunting eligibility requirements in the state of the hunt.

Winner Experience Disclaimer

Winner is responsible for personal gear and travel to Salt Lake City, Utah.
The experience is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Bonus Entry Periods

Throughout the Promotion Period, “KHC Bonus Entry Events” may be announced on the Website.
These may include double, 5×, or 10× entry multipliers during specific dates or product promotions.

DRAWING & WINNER NOTIFICATION

A random drawing will occur between November 15 – December 15, 2024, in Springfield, Oregon.
The potential winner will be notified by email or phone around December 15, 2024, and must respond within 7 days to claim the prize.

Prize Value & Odds

One (1) Grand Prize Package - approximate retail value $35,000 USD.
Includes the guided hunt and premium gear from Sitka, Hoyt, and SIG Sauer.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Limit: one prize per household.

GENERAL RULES

By participating in this Promotion, you (i) agree to be bound by these Official Rules and (ii) agree to the Administrator’s final decisions in all matters relating to the Promotion.
All federal, state, and local laws apply.

All potential winners will be notified by email, phone, or direct message and may be required to show proof of identity. Failure to respond within 7 days may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

Participants agree to release and hold harmless KHC and Promotion Parties from any and all claims arising from participation or use of prizes, including property damage, personal injury, or death.

Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for KHC to use the winner’s name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.

Choice of Law & Jurisdiction

This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Oregon.
By entering, entrants irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lane County, Oregon for any dispute arising from this Promotion.

Privacy Policy

Personal information collected is subject to KHC’s Privacy & Security Policy.
By entering, participants consent to use of their information as described therein.

Winner Announcement

Winner will be announced via email and on official Keep Hammering social channels.
The hunt will take place during Fall 2026.
