Join us for a recap of the Cocodona 250 race - why and how Cam DNF’d, the importance of a race crew, Rachel Entrekin’s record breaking finish, and whole lot more.
Early in the Cocodona 250 event, Cam fell and hit his head, but kept running. Around mile 51, his vision started failing him. At the next aid, Cam was pulled for a medical DNF for a concussion/TBI.
No E.R. for Cam on this one
Eugene Marathon
Cam sets a personal record at his hometown, Eugene marathon.
Thanks to fellow backcountry bowhunter and editor of Trail Runner Magazine, Michael Benge, hardcore bowhunting received a little press in one of the best running magazines on the rack.
Check out Michael's Q&A with Cameron in the latest issue of Trail Runner.Â
I never knew such a magazine existed…fantastic!!! My kind of running!!
Are you running in the USA Track & Field 10k Trail Championship in Steamboat Springs this summer? If so you could try to squeeze in a speaking engagment lots of hunters in the valley.
Cameron,
This has nothing to do with trail running but I thought this forum would be the best way to ask you a question.
On the DVD that comes with your book, yourself and Roy are shown hunting Dall sheep in Alaska and my question is what DVD can I see the whole hunt on?
I do not have satellite or cable, choosing to spend my extra cash on hunting and adventure racing, so I have no way to watch Eastman’s Tv.
Any info would be great.

Mike,
Thank you. Yes, I was so pumped to finally make a running magazine. I am no pro, but I love to hit those hard ultras with all I have. The magazine should be out any time. I am going to check the bookstores this weekend myself. The blood infection has healed up nicely, thanks for asking. Take care, Cam
